Here in Spain it is protected under ones ‘constitutional rights’ to do what you like in your own home. It only becomes an offence once it is a concern/danger/nuisance to the ‘public’.

This is perfect scenario for people who want to grow at home and that will cover 60% of people if it is allowed in other countries surely? the UK for example?
